If you are searching on Zillow (or Trulia, which was recently acquired by Zillow), you may be missing out on listings. On April 7th, ListHub stopped providing real estate listings from the broker MLS (multiple listing service) to Zillow and Trulia. Some listings are not showing up on the Zillow or Trulia sites. Also, these sites are not up-to-date with regard to home status. Many homes appear to be active even even though they’re already under contract or sold. Zillow’s Zestimates are not reliable (many estimates are biased downward), its school ratings site is misleading (it shows schools that don’t exist anymore and omits many that do exist), its maps are out-of-date . . .
